Active sustainable elements include on-site electric charging, bike sharing, and solar PV to off-set electricity usage. “Green” passive design elements are also incorporated including high-density floors, floor-to-ceiling glass that floods units with natural light and windows placed for optimum natural ventilation. The expansive balconies and patios allow residents to enjoy the breezy, shaded and very hip Golden Hill setting.
