Sofia Lofts

WIth a design centered around sustainability, the Sofia Lofts take on a pre-existing property and modernize it. Exceptional engineering yields a LEED Certified Platinum Property that is as beautiful as it is sustainable. Two larger structures flank a pre-existing home, allowing for 16 total units. A large gravel area at the front of the house serves as a communal gathering space, perfect for barbecues, movies, sports or board games. Like all of our projects, the Sofia Lofts are built to promote community, serving as a tasteful and extremely sustainable gathering spot. Sofia has received international recognition, and is currently being used as a case study in Urban Land Magazine, and as part of the curriculum for the Master of Real Estate program at Georgetown University.
