Natural design
We transformed Homer Delawie’s small, mid-century residence into a 3,400 SF, 3-story home, while retaining as many original features as possible into the larger, refreshed design. Floor to ceiling windows and expansive sliding glass doors bring the outdoors in for the Delawie home. Wood floors, wood ceilings, and travertine surfaces accentuate the classic modern characteristics of the home, bring a sense of warmth to the open floor plan. The advanced structural design allowed the beams and columns to be minimized so the home could remain open to the canyon environment that surrounds it. allowing for cool breezes and majestic views. Each residence is unique and features a hydraulic lift elevator, sunken living room, floating glass staircase, water features, steam showers, luxurious kitchens and open space planning.
