A Reimagined Remodel
Step into this Del Mar Remodel that was transformed into a beautiful modern home. Our remodel opened up the space to better connect the majestic ocean and canyon views through airy layouts, and maximum indoor/outdoor living.
EXTERIOR
Sometimes you don’t start with a blank slate, and this Del Mar remodel was one of those instances. Playing off the beautiful views and surrounding hillsides, the home was built to allow nature in, and bend the line between exterior and interior living. Major upgrades were made to exterior, including a new roof, custom floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed beams at roof. With sustainability in mind, the existing hardscape around the house was replaced with a permeable surface and drought tolerant native landscaping. New solar PV panels were added as well
INTERIOR
The interior renovation included new floors and windows, and a complete interior remodel. A custom metal fireplace was designed to fit the needs of the client, creating a warm and place to gather. In the living room, A huge sliding glass window opens up to a covered patio with stunning ocean views.
