Amineh

Sustainability meets simplicity.

The LEED-certified Amineh Home was built with the environment in mind. The surrounding landscape accentuates the natural materials used, from the marble countertops to the wooden ceiling. This, combined with intuitive natural lighting, gives the home a calming and serene feel accompanied by a bucolic aesthetic.

ACCOLADES

EXTERIOR

Exterior spaces include an extensive patio as well as a cantilevered pool and deck area tucked away seamlessly for an inviting and relaxing environment. Drought-resistant plants line the hillside, protecting it from future erosion while also eliminating the need for excess watering. The structure and concept of the home is based on an exploration of an updated interpretation of mid-century, post-and-beam construction, an environmentally-preferable method that results in stronger framework and greater interior space. A cantilevering design minimizes site disturbance and preserves the natural landscape. A green roof adds to the environmentally-friendly element of this stunning home, resulting in an excellent example of the beauty of sustainability.

INTERIOR

Built in our signature mid-century modern design, the Amineh home features floor-to-ceiling glass that maximizes views out towards the park and the adjacent valley. With a family-style kitchen and masonry fireplace, this home fosters a sense of community and harmony within its inhabitants. The open concept living spaces invite continuity between the surrounding landscape and this 4,132 square foot private home, minimizing the border between the interior and exterior.
