Lahaye

LEED. Passionate. Accommodating.

Featured in Houzz, The LEED-Certified Lahaye home stands as a masterpiece when it comes to environmental integration. With features such as an atrium and a retractable glass wall, the Lahaye home seamlessly unifies the comfort of a home with the excitement of the outdoors. Its inhabitants will not only be making less of an impression on the environment; they will also feel they are part of it.

EXTERIOR

Simple, elegant and green. The exterior of this home features a magnificent pool from which inhabitants can enjoy watching the sun set over the hillsides. An outdoor kitchen and bar allows for memorable dinner parties and romantic meals for two. Exterior stone walls provide a charming contrast to the dark wood near the front entrance. Landscaping around the home consists of drought-resistant plants, lowering water bills and bringing a smile to Mother Nature’s face. Complete with solar panels on the roof, this home is perfect for the environmentally conscious consumer with artful taste.

INTERIOR

The Lahaye home was built using locally sourced materials. A stone wall runs the length of the home, immersing those inside into the surrounding landscape. Rich woods line the ceilings, kitchen and bathroom cabinets. A sunken living room floor is accented by two large windows on either side of the entertainment system, exposing the incredible view behind the pool while allowing natural light to fill the room. The kitchen counter is long and spacious, providing a fantastic space for a family-style dining experience. The retractable glass door opens up to the exterior, providing a smooth transition between the indoors and the outdoors. Even while inside, inhabitants are immersed into the beautiful natural scenery encompassing the home, providing an essential revitalizing escape from the stresses of everyday life.
